Curt is very knowledgeable of the area we were looking for a new home. What impressed most is his attitude of hard working. As I only had one week to find the home, and new to the area. I spent a lot time online to find home that interest to me and then send the list to Curt to ask him for a show next day.

Curt did a lot of work during night to organize the route, moreover, by understanding our need, he also brought some new homes that he thought would be good for us.

Indeed, the one we purchased was not no my original list but is the one that we like most.

Curt and Sarah were extremely responsive to our needs and requirements. A text or phone call and they were immediately on it. They were willing to drive a long distance from their office and were always there at the agreed times. It was a 6 month slog for us in a busy sellers market but they stuck it out for us and we are thrilled with our new home.
