Mr. Curt Anderson always has his client interest, us in this case, as his top priority and always makes the best efforts in advising us and keeping us well informed in making the soundest decision. He is very knowledgeable, always well prepared ( does his homework) in working with the sellers and sellers agents. He is very good negotiator in obtaining the fair and best purchase decision. He even steps out his way to advise us how we should get prepared for post-purchase work such as hiring professionals to do the repairs and how to set up the property as a rental property. Again, he is truly the best!

Curt Anderson was a joy to work with during the sale of our property. He coordinated the virtual tour and the staging of the property. He recommended the pricing for sale based on the market value and comps in the area. Curt was always available to meet and returned calls if he was not able to answer right away. I would recommend Curtis Anderson as a realtor to use for any situation. Curtis Anderson is being used to purchase our new build. Curt Anderson did an excellent job at planning, communicating and representing in the sale of my father's home. I was the executor of his will and the one handling things. We put the house on the market during a tough time of the year. He advised things would slow down over the holidays and then it immediately picked back up. Though it took about 12 weeks I do not really consider it being that long due to the holiday season. The virtual tour of the home was amazing. My sister and I thought it presented the house very, very well. The emails we receive on the showings and activity/feedback from prospective buyers was good as well.
