Curt has been our Real Estate Broker for 9 years and has helped us sell approx. 10 properties. His ‘how can we make this sale happen?’ Attitude is so fantastic that he salvaged deals we were willing to walk away from because the buyer/ Seller or their agent was making things difficult or being unreasonable . Curtis knows his stuff and can thoroughly explain what price point you should market your home for. He was able to get my house under contract within 2 weeks. My house was on the market for a few months prior with another realtor with no potential buyers. Moving forward, I will be utilizing Curt for future home buying and investment properties. Curt Anderson is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process of purchasing a house and the different areas of Dallas that he services. He can make things happen and does it graciously. I was personally impressed with his handling of negotiations. He was very professional in dealing with others and always looking out for our best interest. We are very thankful for all he did to help us find and close on our new home.

Our experience with Curtis was outstanding. From the time we first met him his warm personality was infectious, able to put us right at ease for the task at hand. I'll simply sum it up by saying, it is obvious he cares about his clients, and he seems willing to go the extra mile to assure their satisfaction. He made what could have been a very frustrating experience, pleasant by personally taking us to every location, and keeping us well informed. He was professional and personable, checking every detail to assure we were satisfied and able to have all of our requirements met.
