I'm the broker and owner of PH Realty Group, a boutique brokerage in Watertown. I work across Newton, Watertown, Waltham, Belmont, Arlington, Cambridge, Brookline, and Somerville.

Most of what I do falls into three buckets: buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condos, and multifamilies; rentals and tenant placement for landlords; and investors looking at multifamily and value-add deals.

I pull my own market data instead of repeating whatever's in the news, so when I tell you what your place is worth or what it'll rent for, I can show you the comps behind the number. I'm also direct about it. If I think you're priced wrong or the timing is off, I'll tell you.
