" I don't think you could find a better team. Russell Barber, our buyer's agent, is en-pointe. He is an excellent negotiator and an invaluable guide when it comes to the purchasing process. We never felt pressured and were never shown anything we weren't interested in or that was over-budget. Russell is always attentive, personable, and easy to get a hold of. He's also full of insight and saved us loads of grief by walking away from a property that had an undisclosed, $200/mo, FEMA flood policy on it. Closing day was a breeze.
