The price I got is way lower than the average price in the low-inventory and high-demand market plus the seller agreed to pay most of closing cost and leave all the appliances behind. "We really enjoyed working with Janice. We had a very short period of time to get into a new house. Janice was really quick to set us up with searches and take us around to lots and lots of houses as we tried to figure out what we really wanted. She was extremely patient with us and talked us through the process and helped us get a better idea of what type of house we wanted. She was also very, very responsive answering emails, calls and texts! She and her husband provided us with lots of help about the area, the construction of the house and what needed repairing as well as recommendations on who could do the repairs.
