"My daughter had used Janice to help her find a home and had had a wonderful experience, so when we needed to sell my mother's home we knew we wanted to work with her again. My only regret is that I didn't get to shake her hand after she rented my home!I currently live in Dallas, TX and Janice facilitated the entire rental process (listing, home improvements, closing) so that I did not have to make a trip to Atlanta.
