When one came up, he called and emailed with the details. He helped up put in an offer before anyone else and made it possible for us to purchase.

I know people tend to say that often but this is actually truthful and I cannot express how great working with him and his staff was during the entire process of the sale of my father's home. He was always available, friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the experience. His guidance and open dialogue for what was and would be needed to sell the house was spot on and timely which promoted the expedited time frame for the sale. Jeff did a great job helping me find a reasonably priced investment home in a difficult market and in a very reasonable amount of time. I was able to make a pretty smooth transition from what i would consider a less than desirable property to one in a respectable neighborhood and Im not sure I would have found it without him. His assistant Ashli is also a tremendous help and did a great job helping to navigate the transaction.
