The Tricoli team did a great job with the listing of my townhouse in palm beach. Our circumstances were a little different since we were out of state sellers. I needed eyes and ears on the ground since I couldn’t be there. Our agent Ryan met us and went over all the details and paperwork, he set up a local cleaner to come in and get the house ready for showings. After the townhome was listed “Brandi from tricoli” would check in with me on a weekly basis keeping me updated with all the showings and /or comments from buyers and answering any questions I may have. At one point I called Brandi and asked if somebody could go by and check the thermostat because the power bill seemed high. Someone went by and checked it out and let me know all was ok, which was a relief. Closing time was an easy process as most signatures are done online, because we were out of state a notary pays you a visit for final signature .

Chase was very easy to work with. We were not local and had to sell my sister's condo in Lake Worth, Florida after she passed away. Chase was very professional when we met with him. He also helped us find someone to clear out my sister's furniture because the buyer wasn't interested in keeping the furniture. They even left items in the condo and he guaranteed the new buyer and us that he would get it all removed. That definitely saved us a trip to Lake Worth. He even went over and checked on the condo when we called him about the water and then again about the electric.
