We were impressed that after signing the listing agreement, the property was photographed with a drone the next day; our property went online the day after being photographed. Once we accepted one of the offers, the Tricoli Team managed inspection, appraisal, and loan approval with the prospective buyer's agent and we were kept informed of progress along the way.
