Ryan Garcia, as part of the Tricoli team were great- always available when I had questions or needed them, presented all of the options as they arose and provided his professional opinion when asked. The professional pictures of the house, including drone footage, were done quickly and conveniently, and made for getting the house on the market easy. Sold my house extremely quickly at above asking. Very happy with my choice and highly recommended.
