I would like to give a review for my listing agent, Chase, from the Tricoli team. Selling a house can be a very daunting task. Chase was absolutely amazing leading us through the whole process. From beginning to end he was so helpful and professional, explaining everything, every step of the way. He always answered any question we had promptly and professionally. The whole team was available if we ever needed anything. Our home was listed on a Thursday, with scheduled showings on Saturday and Sunday, and by Sunday night we had an offer. In that first week escrow was secured, inspection and appraisal was all done. It only took 32 days from offer to closing! And the best part is we got the highest amount in our whole neighborhood! We never thought it would be done so fast. We are so very happy with the whole process, and we highly recommend Chase and the Tricoli team when selling your home.

If you are not doing business with Jeff Tricoli, you need to be. Jeff and his team provided superior service levels & expertise in his field for the sales of 1 home and the purchase of my new home. He is friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and will work beyond your expectations to get the job done. A year after the purchase of my new home an issue came up with a repair for my home that was covered in my inspection. Jeff assisted me with communicating with the inspector to be sure the repair was corrected immediately - going above and beyond by assisting monetarily as a courtesy, even though this issue was not his fault.
