Jocelyn initially met with my husband and I within 1 1/2 hours of a call requesting to view property that we subsequently purchased. She was always responsive to all requests in a professional and timely manner, and was always helpful with information and staying in top of the home sale. Jocelyn was more than just a realtor to us. She helped me and my wife search multiple homes before we finally found a home that we had to bid on. The bid itself seemed foreign to us but she walked us through it and she researched and made sure the bid we put in was not too high and even advised us to go lower than our inital bid. After winning the bid my mortgage company dropped the ball and the lender complete completely forgot about me. Jocelyn got on to the lender and eventually she spoke to the branch manager and got me a new agent who wasn't useless. She always had time to explain the process whenever we called and always had our best interest in mind. The house we we finally got was only because of Jocelyn. On more than one occasion I had mortgage lenders, contractors, inspectors, and consultants tell me that they never had a realtor be so involved and care more about their client. Every time I I heard them say that i was glad I chose Jocelyn because she is more than a Realtor.

I called Remax and spoke to Ms. Jocelyn she was very kind and super helpful over the phone. She let me know the exact steps I need to take in order to be in a home at the beginning of next year. I am so glad I spoke with her, after calling some other places before I was very discouraged but Ms. Jocelyn was such a great help I am confident I'll be able to obtain my goal!
