Jonathan was fantastic. He was very helpful in finding us homes that were in our range and fit our expectations and was always able to get us a private viewing. He was honest and straightforward about homes that he knew were not good investments or which were overpriced. It was easy to work with him while we were under contract and he had excellent recommendations for a lender as well as an attorney (we used both and they were exceptional). Jonathan has been a huge help during purchasing my first property. I started taking with him about a year ago and he took the time out of his day to walk me through multiple properties so I can learn everything about oil tanks, hot water hearts, and renovations.
