On a whim, I viewed a coastal house I liked on a Friday and called on my friend Kathy Stenson to help me get it before someone else did. She took immediate action, did her homework, and helped me make an immediate offer by the end of Saturday. By the end of the day on Sunday, she helped negotiate a final offer the sellers accepted. So, the deal was done in 2 days and set to close within 3 weeks. Now that's SERVICE !

Kathy Stenson was instrumental in helping us sell our property. Right from the very beginning, Kathy was very professional and listened to our needs and expectations but at the same time provided her valuable inputs.
