I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. My condo had a lot of work to be done before I could sell it, and Kevin took charge and handled everything for me. I have been trying to sell this on my own, and I got a few offers, but Kevin was able to get me significantly higher offers. Not only did I get better offers in a short period of time, the entire process went very quick and smooth. If I had to do everything on my own to make the sale go through, I would have run into one roadblock after another. Kevin and his team made this situation very simple for me.
