I can express how thankful I am for Mrs. Lorretta Butler. She is the greatest. Made sure I was on point on everything. Contacted me when items were needed and to inform me of information and any issues if any. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying. I would also recommend anyone who is looking to buy please read her book it is amazing.
