Prior to purchase the home need a few repairs to pass inspection and Mary helped me find qualified experts who could complete the work and keep the closing date on track. One of our transaction was related to a property with a foundation repair problem. Never in my life I thought we would be able to sell that home. Eventually I contacted her about the intention to selling it and how complicated it would be. Mary helped us find the right company, and without even en signed contract, she offered to be present for the inspection. The foundation issue was fixed and we were able to sell the house.
She has been honest about every detail in all our transactions and she displays a transparency in every thing she discusses with you about the transaction.
