Nancy was a pleasure to deal with and was able to meet our needs as sellers in a declining market and with a challenging sales situation. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed throughout the process and was responsive to our inquiries and questions when we had them.

I don't live in the area, so that made some of the logistics associated with the sale a bit challenging. Another one of the reasons we were glad we chose to work with Nancy, is because she has a vast network of folks she works with. Her ability to reach out to her network and suggest folks who might be helpful in clearing the house and doing some repair work was a significant help in terms of some of the more challenging logistics we had to tend with as out of town sellers.

At one point we hit a snag with a potential buyer and a bad interaction with the next-door neighbor. Nancy handled the situation tactfully and professionally. I'd say she went above and beyond to manage a situation that could have gone south quickly, none of which had anything to do with her. She was wonderful throughout the ordeal and stayed in close contact and communication until the situation was resolved.

The previous reviews of Nancy suggested that she approaches her work with great integrity, is hard working and a great communicator. She hit all these marks and more! She was lovely to deal with and made a difficult situation enjoyable and fruitful. She really cares about her clients, not just as customers, but as people and works hard to make sure their needs are met.

Most of my interactions were with Nancy, but I did find the other Keller Williams staff members to be knowledgeable and timely in their responses.

Working with Nancy was such a pleasure, I almost wish I had another house to sell! I would definitely reach out to her if I did have another property I needed to sell or if I was seeking to buy one.
