Was a little concerned about handling a condo sale as an executor, living on the east coast. Nancy proved to be extremely capable, friendly and trustworthy through the process, which went quicker and more smoothly than i could have hoped for.
She also assisted with things like arrangements for getting the condo cleaned out that were extremely helpful. Unit sold quickly at a price we were happy with, so can't say enough good things about working with Nancy.

She has a cleaning crew, painter, and handyman on her team, and did everything for us. And at our request, she even hired a staging crew to give the house a contemporary appearance. She updated us almost daily with photos and videos and answered all our questions over chat. The house was sold within 2wks and we were back in the States just in time to close on Escrow.
She did everything she said she could do and made our end very easy.

She was so accommodating and met me when it was convenient for me. She is an amazing realator and kept in contact with me throughout the selling experience. I can tell she really cares about her job and is an outstanding and kind person.
