Since we had been remodeling and upgrading over the years including a brand new kitchen, there wasn't too much that needed to be done before the sale of the house. However, for the few things that needed to be done, Nancy did not hesitate to do what was needed. She went above and beyond in purchasing plants and planting them herself to brighten the curb appeal. She ordered closet doors and interior doors throughout the house and had them painted and installed. She arranged for the staging of our home and made recommendations of what we needed to remove to make our home less personal and more appealing to a younger couple. This included providing patio furniture and children's furniture.

We would not hesitate to recommend Nancy to anyone for helping them to buy or sell a home. In fact, we handed out her card to a number of people who indicated that they might be selling in the future.

The sale of the townhouse had its special challenges, including a first time seller that was not familiar with the process or what was needed to maximize the opportunity for success. Nancy provided patient guidance about preparing the property for sale including some renovations and the staging of the residence. Her recommendation on pricing was accurate and established a record price for the model in the local neighborhood. The buyer of the property made some unreasonable demands for closing but Nancy correctly advised us to stand fast. It took us several months to decide whether we would keep or sell the condo that I inherited from my mother. As Administrator of the estate, I was handling the sale without an attorney. And, because the property was in probate we were uncertain as to the rules for selling.

Nancy was the best realtor we have dealt with in many homes we have sold. In this specific situation we were selling the home of my mother whose health was declining. During the time of the sell she moved into an assisted living. We were all out of state and trying to make improvements to the home and make any repairs required for the sell. Nancy was able to assist in finding individuals who worked in the area who performed the different trades we needed. She assisted in communicating with the tradesmen and with multiple family members as we went through the process and helped smooth out ruffled feathers at times as well. She was knowledgeable and very well versed on the pricing of the area. She made suggestions for improvements that she knew would have a return on the investment. We were able to price the home higher than any other realtor we met with (and we met with many of them). She was able to get three offers in less than 24 hours. We were able to select an all cash offer and close in less than a month. Her work and the work of her team went above and beyond that expected.
