Nicole Janes

Starting off her journey in real estate, Nicole spent her early years helping her mother manage rental properties. It was not unusual for her to receive late-night calls about burst pipes and other issues. At 26, she began to save up and finally purchased her first rental property in 2011. Buying, fixing, and leasing properties quickly transformed from being mere work into a passionate career. After years of working on investment properties, Nicole decided to pivot into helping others navigate their real estate journey. During her first year licensed, she managed 16 transactions and has sold a total of $6.4 million in real estate to date in 2020. When Nicole is not exploring the perfect home for her clients, she is likely spending time with her fiancé Kyle and stepdaughter Audrey, along with their two dogs, Bunny and Mable, at their home in Orange. You can also find her at a cardio-infused Pilates class; she may even teach a class every once in a while!
