We met Renee O'Brien of Keller Williams North Shore West via UpNest - linked from Realtor.com, she was one of 5 realtors that provided a proposal on our property. We interviewed several in our selection process. Renee's understanding of current market conditions was critical in our decision to work with her. She suggested we look at how homes were being marketed on-line by other realtors (checked out the competition), she said "they fall in love with the house on-line and then confirm in person." She nailed it! We followed her suggestions and with the help of her excellent photographer, our home looked beautiful and stood out...
