Since it was my first time buying a house, I had a lot of anxiety. There were a million thoughts going through my head that lead to a million questions. Renee O'Brien answered all my questions (probably more than once) thoroughly and professionally with reassurance. She explained every detail and took the time to make sure that I understood how every part of buying a home worked. Everyone was excellent. No matter how many times I called Betty Baeza in the beginning of purchasing my home she never seem to be upset. Renee got my property listed and sold extremely quickly! This was a rental property that was left in disrepair, and Renee even helped me find contractors to get the work done needed to sell the property. Once repaired, the listing photography of the property was beautiful. We had a full-priced offer the very next day after listing!

We were just starting our journey to find that perfect home when we met Renee O'Brien at one of her listings for a showing. We knew right away we wanted her to represent us in finding our forever home! Her professionalism, candor, and vast pool of knowledge about everything real estate could not have been better. She provided outstanding advice and recommendations and helped us with every facet of our home purchase. She wasn't concerned with getting us under some sort of contract or deal she was concerned with getting us the best home and learning about what we needed and wanted.
