What I loved about Rienne is that she was honest about the condition of the properties we viewed. This was my 1st home purchase and very overwhelming for me. Rienne helped me keep my sanity. She was meticulous with every step of the process, followed up on every detail and kept things moving along. If anyone was dragging their heels, she got on the phone and made things happen. The appraisal came in much lower than expected and seller wasn't budging on price much, but Rienne persisted. In the end, seller came off considerably and reduced the price to where we had expected the appraisal to come in. Rienne was amazing throughout the entire process. I can't recall a time I've ever received the level of service she provided. This was my 1st home purchase, so I don't have past experiences to compare to. Still, I consider her service top-notch and of the highest caliber. She exceeded all of my expectations. I can't recommend Rienne enough! If you choose to work with her also, you won't regret it!
