My agent Kalan was FANTASTIC! She helped me purchase my home several years ago, and helped me again to sell it this year. She went above and beyond assisting with staging, professional photos, guidance and recommendations to get the house ready to sell. 2025 Update: I recently moved back to Austin, and Kalan helped me a 3rd time to find my new home. A quick text to let her know I was moving back, some details on what I was looking for and in what area, and she had a search set up for me so I could start making a list of places to view as soon as I got to town. Was able to quickly find what I was looking for, and as always she handled all of the negotiations and guidance like a pro. Very grateful for her help, once again!

We would like to submit our experience with Rina Peiffer of Bella Casa Realty.
To provide some context, my husband and I have moved over ten times over the years, so we have dealt with a lot of realtors on the buying and selling end. We expected a lot, but did not anticipate that we would get a 5 star realty professional, especially with all the uncertainty with the pandemic. A lot of traits come to mind, and most start with P.

Professional - Rina is definitely a professional. Her extensive experience meant she could answer our questions on the spot, which helped us be decisive in our actions. Rina works very hard...I probably shouldn't say this, but we would be in contact weekends, nights, early mornings, and RIna was super responsive. She never made us feel like we were a pain in the rear, even though we probably were. She makes you feel like you are her only customer. Her husband, Greg, who also is part of Bella Casa Realty, is a home builder. He was extremely helpful in providing advice and contacts for work we needed to complete in getting our home ready for sale. They make a wonderful team to work with.

Positive - Selling a home can be more than a little stressful and often, doubts can creep in. Rina is definitely "a glass is half full" person. We would be skeptical, but Rina always had a positive outlook and that helped us to keep upbeat about prospects of selling our home.

Persistent- We have not experienced any realtor who was so good at following up with agents, bankers, subcontractors, and also making sure we provided her answers in a timely manner. She is definitely top notch in this area.

Proactive- Rina is a go-getter. Unfortunately most realtors we have dealt with were not proactive. Rina anticipated our questions (I'm sure based on her experience), but we never had to ask her to follow up with a lead or any action items. She either had the action completed before we even asked, or would always have it completed after one request.

Personable- Rina is one of the nicest , caring persons you will ever want to meet. When the sale was completed, we felt like we had gained a friend in the process.

In summary, we are happy to recommend Rina Peiffer at Bella Casa Realty as your real estate professional. She exceeded our expectations in so many ways and so often (and we are not "Polly Anna" type people.) Rina does what she says she is going to do and does it promptly. In my book, that's a 5 star professional.

I hired Rina Peiffer 2013 for the purchase of a home in the Georgetown, TX area. When we first met she appeared to be quite a salesperson and was happy to help. After explaining to her what me, and my wife, were looking for in a home (price, location, beds, etc) she indicated she would conduct a search in the MLS to see what was available. Fair enough I thought. After a day or so I had results (which honestly could have been sent immediately during our initial consultation) and we began the process of scheduling appointments to see homes. She suggested that we take a look at a couple of new construction homes not far from where some of the other homes were and both my wife and I thought that would be okay. What she didn't tell me originally was that these homes were being built by her husband. It wasn't until we arrived at one of the homes and saw a Peiffer Custom Homes sign did we realize there was some relation. I asked her and she said, with the grin, "oh yes-that's my husband. He is the builder" and then proceeded to walk us through the home. I felt as though this should have been indicated up front. It made me question whether or not she was really representing us. Fast forwarding to a home we found and put an offer in. The number of times I spoke with Rina after, what appeared to be her very short hours of operation on a daily basis, the phone conversations were always annoying in that just about every time I spoke with her, you could hear what appeared to be her children in the background and that was just a bit distracting for me. What's worse, on more than one occasion, while speaking to her on the phone on different occasions, she also felt the need to speak with her children WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH ME. While it was annoying I decided to let it go. Then, during the search period for our home, it appeared that Rina did not have a lot of knowledge on what I thought were some very basic questions. Information such as HOA fees, any plans for any future development in the area..you know, all things that could possibly negatively impact the value of the property. She kept telling me, "well the title company can get you that information" and never once was able to provide clear answers. I was under the impression that she was working for us, we signed a buyer's representation contract and it indicated that we would be charged a fee to hire her. It was very disappointing especially given how highly she spoke of herself and her accomplishments during the initial meeting in her office in Round Rock, TX. After a few weeks working with her, and nearing our closing, I decided to google Rina Peiffer and I unfortunately I was not pleased with what I saw in public records. I ended up finding another realtor who helped and was such a blessing for us. While I understand we all make mistakes and may fall upon hard times, when making a purchase of this nature, I want to ensure that the person whom I've hired has a good business acumen and will put my interests above theirs. In this case, I can't say that she has a good sense of what it takes to run a business and with her constantly pushing her husband's houses on us coupled with her inability often times to answer what we felt were basic real estate questions, it was very concerning. With the number of realtors in the area, I would simply look for someone else. Google them. She may have 14 years experience according to Zillow, but perhaps it's time she find another job.
