My agent Kalan was FANTASTIC! She helped me purchase my home several years ago, and helped me again to sell it this year. She went above and beyond assisting with staging, professional photos, guidance and recommendations to get the house ready to sell. Thanks to her, I received over a dozen very competitive offers, and she continued to be very supportive throughout the closing process to help make sure all the little things were taken care of to get the result we wanted. Can't recommend her and Bella Casa enough!
2025 Update: I recently moved back to Austin, and Kalan helped me a 3rd time to find my new home. A quick text to let her know I was moving back, some details on what I was looking for and in what area, and she had a search set up for me so I could start making a list of places to view as soon as I got to town. Was able to quickly find what I was looking for, and as always she handled all of the negotiations and guidance like a pro. Very grateful for her help, once again!
