We researched many brokers online and we only contacted those who we thought had a solid foundation of experience and had excellent reviews. We reached out to several brokers and didn't get a timely response from anyone but Scott. The fact that he replied promptly and enthusiastically was a huge factor for us. Communication is a huge strength of his. We always felt like he kept us appraised of the situation and he is excellent at followup.

Scott walked us through every step and made sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why. He gave us tips and recommendations on how to improve the property before sale so that we would attract the best offers. We were thrilled by his enthusiasm for the property and, with his encouragement and know-how, we listed it at a higher price than we were originally thinking. With Scott's help, we were able to sell our home at a sum above and beyond our asking price.

The entire experience was much less worrisome than we anticipated. Scott really made things easy.
