My name is Wayne Chang, broker and founder of Wayne Chang and Associates. I am a 30+ year resident of South Orange County and grew up in Laguna Niguel since kindergarten. With extensive experience in closing over 200 real estate transactions totaling more than $100 million in volume, my absolute #1 priority is to make your real estate experience the best you’ve ever had—no exceptions.
