Brett recently helped us find and purchase our house. He knows the area he serves extremely well and he used this to help limit our search to properties that met our criteria. Using his knowledge of house maintenance and construction, he pointed out both good and bad points of each house so we could make an informed decision rather than a costly mistake. Once we found a property he helped us through the negotiation and finance process which made our purchase much easier.
