After a little over a year, we moved to Los Angeles County, California, so my wife could advance in her pop music career. Shortly after moving to California, my wife gave birth to our wonderful son. We love the weather in Southern California! We own several rental properties back in New York, and I truly enjoy discussing real estate with anyone who will listen! I am in the minority in LA; I am a huge Memphis Grizzlies basketball fan!
