Ed and his team did a great job selling my condo in Cambridge. They were knowledgeable about the area and made excellent suggestions throughout the process. Ed and Hannah were both responsive whenever I emailed or texted them and they handled all the showings with no issues. Ed has worked in Cambridge for many years and his instincts were very good regarding the listing price and the MLS writeup, plus he pays for staging! I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!

As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions and was mystified by the entire home buying process. Heather Ferrari not only always answered my questions, in words I could understand no less, but she had endless patience since I needed most things explained more than once. Heather was also great about picking up the phone and taking the time to talk something through when it was clear I was confused rather than sending just a quick email or text.
