At the same time, buyer activity has picked up, with homes sold increasing nearly 38 percent and pending sales up about 35 percent compared to last June. June also saw a strong month-over-month jump in closings, with homes sold up nearly 59 percent and new listings up about 18 percent from May, giving both sides more options and activity.
