I was born in Pennsylvania & moved to North Carolina in 1986 with my family. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1998 & have never looked back!

I hold the designations for Certified Negotiation Expert & Strategic Pricing Specialist & I am in the top 1% of all agents in our local area. I was featured in Top Agent Magazine & it isn't uncommon that my days on market is significantly lower than what other agents need to get a home SOLD. Which is due to our aggressive marketing & out of the box thinking. I actually specialize in selling homes that other agents couldn't. In the last 2 years alone, we've helped over 150 people!

Real estate is what I do; I am hooked on constantly gaining more knowledge about the industry so that I can best help our clients. When I'm not coming up with new innovative ways to market our resources, or out with clients, I am out attending conferences and events to gain more information to help you.
