Alex has bought and sold multiple homes for me in the past, so I wouldn't go with anyone else to sell my home or buy another.

I wasn't in on everything Alex did or how but trusted him, to do what needed to be done, to sell my home. He was always very confident and gave good advice and in the end I sold for more than we asked.

I hope I never sell again but if I do Alex is the one I would go with. He's professional, respectful and gets homes sold. Thank you Alex Attiah!

Alex Attiah explained each step of the process thoroughly. He made a stressful process become a very simple and easy one. He helped us to get our house under contract in less than 24 hours with an offer above asking price. Then, we were able to close in 30 days with no contingencies. He did solid local market assessments and took the exceptional condition of our home into consideration while estimating our initial price point. We easily agreed on a marketing plan which initially listed the house as a private listing and switching it to a public listing just prior to interest rate hikes and a subsequent "cooling" of the local market. Alex was available for questions and mitigated obstacles presented throughout the process. Home closed without issue.

D'aprile Co and Alex Attiah was my property manager they no only collected the rent which is very important but also communicate immediately the problems and issues occured they also supervise making sure that the issues's are properly resolved in accordance with the codes required by Village. Took care of Village permit when and if needed . Always nice to dealing with you. Again and again Thank you.

Alex has a huge knowledge and expertise in his area, buet the most important he is an awesome human being

Alex went above and beyond for us! We moved out of state before the house went on the market and Alex assisted with many things that were outside his job description. Between trying to move states in the middle winter, school year, and the "pandemic" made things difficult as is. Having Alex to rely on gave us a peace of mind that we would not have otherwise had.

If you prefer someone who is highly intelligent, knows the market, will take the time to get to know you and understand your needs, and guide you accordingly through the process, Alex is your guy.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Chicagoland area!
