Right off the bat Alex was in control of the sales process. We had no doubt or worries about having Alex sell and market our home. He set the price and said we should expect a lot of action, and we did.

I listed my house for sale after renting it out, having Alex Attiah manage the property. Their management of the rental property was always professional, and I always knew what was going on with the tenants/property. When I listed the house, Alex put together a great marketing campaign,the house sold in a very short time. Primarily due to the marketing / pricing. In addition, I had a few offers, and Alex walked me through all the negotiations along with managing the entire sale - his knowledge of the RE market is/was very obvious, and I would recommend him to my family.

I selected Alex because the previous broker did not give us a realistic picture of the housing market in our area and did a horrible job marketing the house. When I searched for a broker, Alex had advertised the quickest sale times in the area. However, the realistic listing prices in 2016 was not something we could do with out taking a deficit. Alex then quickly got us set up with tenants. Fast forward three years. The market was right. Alex listed the property and within two days, we had three offers! When the initial offer fell through due to the buyers, our property was re-listed and we got another offer right away. I am very happy with the turn around with Alex.

Alex managed the property located in IL and we live in TN. Management of our property was professional. At lease end every year, we would confer with Alex as to when it was time to sell. Once the house went to market we had a contract within four(4) days. Lots of calls and email(s) due to us living out of state. Not a problem. Very pleased with all involved, Thanks
