Brendon was my third agent having sales fallen through days before closing. I hired Brendon, he did what he said he would do and sold the house in about a month.
One of my initial goals was to meet with several real estate agents. When meeting with Brendon Payne for the first time, you'll notice multiple things. He's very organized, professional, and willing to answer any and all questions. He points out relevant items in your particular market along with elements of importance concerning your specific property. My challenge for him was to sell my house in 2 and 1/2 months. He definitely met the challenge by selling the property within 5 weeks. Choose him and his team to sell your property....you'll appreciate the great real estate system he has in place!!

Brendon Payne took our property and ran with it.He did everything he said he was going to do.He kept us updated on the amount of hits it was getting online.Brendon also kept in contact with us especially when it came time to negotiate the selling price.He and his team did a great job and I will recommend him to anyone that needs help selling or buying a home or property.
