We selected Brendon Payne because he respected our wishes from the start. He was not pushy and when he made suggestions to us, it was always in our best interest.

Brendon Payne was a professional right from the start. We had no issues with him at all. He was a gentleman with southern hospitality. We always felt he was on our side.

Please remember, Brendon Payne was selling our house in Myrtle Beach and we were living in New York, so everything was done long distance. The way his team took control and got everything done was amazing.

They were all very patient with us, responded in a timely matter (Laura within seconds) with any concerns we had, or favors to ask of them. They went out of their way to help us out.

As a first time seller, it was a wonderful experience for the most part.

3 or 4 years ago I had listed the condo with another agent -- ended up taking it off market as no interest was being shown. After I had taken the property off the market Brendon Payne contacted me. I was impressed with his courteous and non-pushy way. When I went to put the property back on the market last fall I called him as I remembered this is the kind of real estate broker I would like to work with.

I am so glad I did. He marketed the property vigorously. I was kept well informed. All aspects were explained and any questions I had were answered in an easy to understand manner. I was very pleased.

I have the highest respect for Brendon Payne. It was a pleasure to have him represent my interests.

I am hoping to retire to South Carolina (Myrtle Beach area) in a few years and when I do I will contact Brendon Payne to help find a home to suit my needs.

I would recommend Brendon Payne to anyone buying or selling a home. I've worked with him on both sides of the equation and he is nothing but polished, professional, and knowledgeable.

Every single contact was professional. I felt as though the entire office was working toward my benefit. I had no less than 3 seperate individuals handling the aspects of the sale.

Brendon absolutely knows the market and guides appropriately while never imparting any partiality to any decisions

In closing, as I mentioned above, there was a Professional approach however it never appeared to be about "the sale" as it was about what was I the customer trying to accomplish.

Do youself a favor, use Brendon Payne and the Harrelson Group...you will be glad you did.
