3 or 4 years ago I had listed the condo with another agent -- ended up taking it off market as no interest was being shown. After I had taken the property off the market Brendon Payne contacted me. I was impressed with his courteous and non-pushy way. When I went to put the property back on the market last fall I called him as I remembered this is the kind of real estate broker I would like to work with.
I am so glad I did. He marketed the property vigorously. I was kept well informed. All aspects were explained and any questions I had were answered in an easy to understand manner. I was very pleased.
I have the highest respect for Brendon Payne. It was a pleasure to have him represent my interests.
I am hoping to retire to South Carolina (Myrtle Beach area) in a few years and when I do I will contact Brendon Payne to help find a home to suit my needs.

Every single contact was professional. I felt as though the entire office was working toward my benefit. I had no less than 3 seperate individuals handling the aspects of the sale.
Brendon absolutely knows the market and guides appropriately while never imparting any partiality to any decisions
In closing, as I mentioned above, there was a Professional approach however it never appeared to be about "the sale" as it was about what was I the customer trying to accomplish.
Do youself a favor, use Brendon Payne and the Harrelson Group...you will be glad you did.
