Brendon was great and very helpful in selling our beach condo despite us not being present for most of the time. He communicated with us timely with email and personal call. I would recommend him if we have to sell or purchase in Mrytle Beach.

Loved working with Brendon! He was easy to work with and catered to my needs. We saw a lot of properties in a short amount of time. Even after leaving the area, Brendon went back to take more photographs of a particular condo I was interested in. His team made the contract signing quite easy and coordinated a final walk through to ensure satisfaction.

i researched the top local brokerage firms with highest quality agents for most options to sell within office (more eyes and ears in firm gives me more people working directly for me). After some more research I chose Brendon Payne with Century 21 The Harrelson Group and I could not have made a better choice.
