Charlie Steinke

Charles is the man he's taken his time out of his days to show muitple listing's to help get me in the door with this crazy FL market. We waited until the right one fell upon us he helped in every way possible to make it happen. He follows up with both parties to make the deal. As an investor that will definitely make more deals in the future I will be calling my man Charlie for his expertise and knowledge in the entire real estate field!!

Charles was the owner/seller of a home we purchased and was initially very easy to deal with. However, on the day of the walk through and property transfer we discovered water/mold in the bedroom and the carpet had previously been cut - this had been hidden by a large dresser. He stated the washing machine flooded at one point, something he failed to disclose. He also failed to disclose a non-working appliance he knew about, "forgot" to turn over all keys (we had to call a lock smith), left the property in extremely dirty condition, damaged drywall and trim, and failed to vacate at the exchange. We had to wait for him to get a U-Haul and he worked until 10 pm that night to remove his belongings. He also piled tons of trash up in front of the home and was very rude to us. I have filed a formal complaint with the state and we have had carpet samples sent in to a lab to see if we will need to do mold remediation, which will be quite costly and something we did not anticipate. He stopped responding to any communication after 10 pm on the day of the exchange and his broker has been notified as well.

I found Charles on a random house listing on Zillow. He selected several places to look at based off of the criteria I gave him. He was very helpful and guided my throughout the whole home-buying process. He is very hard working and will go out of his way to help in any way possible. I highly recommend Charlie.

Charlie met with me right away to draw up a bid for a home I wanted to buy that was receiving multiple offers. He followed the process and stayed on top of each part of the transaction and kept me informed during every step of the way to closing on my new home. I have to say was incredibly impressed with Charlie. We met him looking at another house and decided to give him a chance when we decided to actually buy. He is VERY responsive and listened to every detail that we gave him for the house we were looking for. He showed us houses that were specifically what we were looking for and even suggested some outside of the area we asked about but he knew we would like to see. In the end we chose one of the houses he suggested and are totally in love with the place. Charlie went way above the call of duty to make sure the property closed and helped walk us through the entire process. Charlie gets my highest recommendation and if i am ever in the market again i will be calling him! Thanks Charlie!
