My family is grateful for Gilbert's hard work in assisting us with our real estate endeavors. He has helped my parents and siblings with purchasing and selling over the years. He made the arduous process of searching for the right home within our budget so smooth for my wife and I. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. These qualities are very hard to find in one person, let alone in a realtor. However, Gilbert Garcia is all those things and more. He made sure that we understood every accept of the transaction, he made sure that he kept us in the loop as things transpired, and literally went the extra mile and in some cases miles to get things done. Gilbert is a Rock & Dedicated Realtor. I haven't seen an awesome Realtor for the longest time in my real estate industry. I had experience in real estate for my 30 years in this business and I know how hard it is to run this business. However, he delivered every transaction from showing us houses, to get our loan approved smoothly without any doubts. He communicated and updated us almost every other days. His professional services go above and beyond my expectation. He was kind and also available to us whenever you need to know anything about the transaction. If he does not know, he will check back with validated resources. He helped us to get to the right lender even though we thought we might have to cancel the transaction. There are great people who are great at what they do. On rare occasion you come across a person who is both. Gil will exceed any expectations of a Realtor. I first met Gil about 12 years ago. He was unbelievably informative and helped guide my wife and me step-by-step through the purchase of our first home. Gil fielded all questions with expertise and professionalism while taking care to create understanding. He paid attention to us and was very quickly in tune with what we wanted. He found us several homes and we seamlessly purchased our first home. Gil also helped us sell our So. Cal property while living 3,000 miles away. Even from this distance the experience was seamless. Gil, yet again, went above and beyond by coordinating everything from listing to close.
