Gregory Anderson

I help buyers and sellers of architecturally significant homes in the San Gabriel Valley, from prewar through the mid-1960s. Craftsman, Spanish Colonial Revival, Tudor, Mediterranean, and Mid-Century Modern styles, in Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena, Alhambra, Sierra Madre, Monrovia, and the surrounding cities. Before real estate, I spent twenty years building custom homes, with finish carpentry as my own specialty within that work, and that is what I bring to a character home. I can stand in a 1912 Craftsman and tell you what is original, what was replaced in 1985, and what an honest repair actually costs. Sellers get a house presented and priced for what it is, instead of being measured against every other three-bedroom on the block. Buyers get someone who knows what he is looking at before the inspection ever starts. I also serve the San Bernardino mountain communities—Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Running Springs, and Big Bear—where cabins and lake area homes carry their own questions around lake rights, year-round access, septic, and insurance. I have held a California real estate license since 1990.
