Over the years I have dealt with 10 other realtors when buying and selling homes. James and Christine were significantly more professional than all of them. They are not just realtors/brokers, they are business people. They have great judgment and a keen sense of what was critical and what was not critical, in the sale of our home. Their ability to negotiate the best deal for us, not just complete a transaction, is what sets them apart, in my experience. Amazingly, I have had realtors that handle the process like they were working for the other side, and/or just wanted the transaction completed, instead of looking out for our best interest and fighting for us.
