I wanted to sell an investment property of mine in the Dallas Forth Worth Metroplex. Since I am not from the area and did not know any real estate professionals in the area, this proved to be a challenge. I started searching the internet, making phone calls and sending emails.
After initial contact, I requested a CMA on the house. My initial selection was based on several factors, including: Knowledge (of real estate as well as local markets, treds, etc), experience, professionalism, willingness to help, promptness, availability, thoroughness, but most importantly, as I could not be present, trustworthiness. Jennifer Blackwood far and away surpassed all other prospects in every category.
I am pleased to say that as the transaction progressed, my initial selection was confirmed. Jennifer has a real desire to help. Her knowledge and experience shined through repeatedly as she presented several creative options for various challenges along the way.
I have other homes in the DFW Metroplex and am already working with Jennifer on those properties as well. I will not use any other real estate professional in that area. My only criticism is that I am unable to utilize her services in other states. If so, I would her every single time.

My wife, Cathey, and I met Jennifer blindly. We saw a house for sale in Garland and submitted a request through the real estate site for an agent to let us view the property. Jennifer met us at that property and treated us like we were her only customer. We laid out to her what we were looking for and what we were limited to financially. She worked diligently to find us not just a house, but a home. Jennifer is great! We were not the easiest couple to work with since we had a very specific list.
