Just Wow! We have been dealing with Joey for over 4 months on our new home. We lived out of state and spent a lot of time looking at homes on line and also those sent to us by Joey. When we sold our out of state home, and arrived in Texas, we had a list of about a dozen homes in Brazoria County that we wanted to see. We provided the list to Joey before we arrived. So she had done the necessary research prior to us arriving. In a single day we looked at 8-9 homes. The next morning we took another look at 2 of those homes and then we made our decision very quickly. We made an offer and it was accepted immediately. She was very patient with showing us options when we travelled out to Texas to visit family as well as by video because we live in Maryland. Joey even made arrangements for my family to view the condo that we ended up purchasing.
