Just Wow! We have been dealing with Joey for over 4 months on our new home. We lived out of state and spent a lot of time looking at homes on line and also those sent to us by Joey. When we sold our out of state home, and arrived in Texas, we had a list of about a dozen homes in Brazoria County that we wanted to see. We provided the list to Joey before we arrived. So she had done the necessary research prior to us arriving. In a single day we looked at 8-9 homes. The next morning we took another look at 2 of those homes and then we made our decision very quickly. We made an offer and it was accepted immediately. We were able to close in about 10 days and make this beautiful home our own. Joey never hesitated to answer our numerous questions during the process and it was always in a cheerful manner. She is extremely knowledgeable and we highly recommend her to list, sell, or buy your home. She is the best!!!!!!
