Jonathan Price was wonderful! He explained everything as he guided me through the process of showing the house and the eventual sale. He arranged to have staging done and hired workers to do repairs which were mandated by the buyer's mortgage company. He immediately responded to every text I sent (and there were quite a few). His optimism was contagious and so comforting.
Jonathan is so patient, thorough, and kind. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.
