Jonathan Price was wonderful! He explained everything as he guided me through the process of showing the house and the eventual sale. He arranged to have staging done and hired workers to do repairs which were mandated by the buyer's mortgage company. He immediately responded to every text I sent (and there were quite a few). His optimism was contagious and so comforting.

We really appreciated that Jonathan never tried to steer us away from what we wanted in a home. He respected our preferences and supported our decisions throughout the process.
