Justin was AWESOME. He walked us through the whole process from preapproval of our loan to our closing. He was very patient and understanding when I was stressing. I could call him at anytime of day and he would answer or call me back. He is very aggressive inlooking and finding a house that is right for you. Words are inadequate to describe how wonderful our experience with Justin was as our purchasing agent!!! He asked questions about our preferences for the house we were seeking: What location? Why? How large? What was the purpose our house would fill for us? When two or more options are presented, what would the deciding factor be for us in making an offer? Justin was thorough in gathering information for us about what morgage arrangements the sellers preferred and for what reason. He coached us when we asked for coaching, he understood when we told him what our dreams and budget were, and directed us toward those houses that might serve them. He encouraged and advised us, and went far beyond what we hoped for and expected of him, responded promptly to our crazy questions at the end or beginning of the day, and advocated for what we wanted, querying our emotional state of mind to learn what we wanted/needed every step of the way. My partner and I tell everyone we know how he helped us.

Justin was fantastic! Friendly, while always being professional.
