I have used Kathy in several transactions now. Two home sells and three rental properties. She has always been professional and tentive to my needs. She has been flexible in her schedule and pays attention to details. I think she is great at her job and i will continue to use her and refer her in the future.

e brought our whole lives here from California, believing and hoping that Texas is our home to raise our kids and give them a better life. Meeting Kathy for the first time gave me that feeling of comfort and security that someone will help us in looking for our next home.

She did an extra mile when we had a problem regarding the appraisal. We waited for two weeks with our appraisal, when everyone was thinking that the appraiser was late but she found a way to know the cause of the problem and found out that it was not started in the first place. She found a mean to somehow solve the problem even when the odds are slim. She always made a ff-up on us on what we needed during the process of escrow.

Very approachable and you can be very open to her when it comes to communication. She even responds to our text messages even when it's late in the evening just to hear out our concerns and worries.
