Mary is a superstar! She knew exactly what we needed to do to update our condo to sell. And she found us the perfect home. And after Hurricane Ian, she managed to sell our home, as is, for more money than we dared to imagine. She is proactive, responsive, a real go-getter. Whether we are buying or selling she makes us feel like we are her most important clients. We had an issue of not being able to locate the pool light switch in our new home. She managed to get the electrical drawings and solved the puzzle. She isn't just a fabulous realtor. Mary Gay is a wonderful human being.

Working with Mary was a pleasure. She helped me sell land in Cape Coral, Florida after my husband passed away. As we lived out of town she visited the construction site several times and provided updated accompanied with photos.
