Ochuko did a great job walking is through the process of buying our first home. California and SF in particular have quite a few local quirks we learned about in the process, but Ochuko was very helpful and knowledgeable both in figuring out what we wanted from a home as well as how to think about the process. He was incredibly responsive and was able to organize tours of new properties unreasonably fast, so we were able to get through the whole process start to finish in about 1.5 months.

Ochuko was very helpful in helping us find our first home. We went through so many houses and each one Ochuko was right by our side. Every question we asked he answered. If he didnāt have the answer he made sure to find it. He was very friendly and kind and always greeted us with a smile on his face. He even made our kids feel special too.
