Hi, I’m Pam Gilbert, a full-time REALTOR® with Crown Homes and a Senior Agent with Pointe Elite Group. I’m licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and I help buyers and sellers navigate real estate with confidence—whether they’re purchasing their first home, relocating, selling a property, or preparing for their next move.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 15 years working as an Executive Host in the casino industry, where I built my career around customer service, communication, relationship-building, and taking care of people. Those same skills are a huge part of how I approach real estate today.

Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, and I believe my job is to make the process feel as simple and manageable as possible. I’m very hands-on with my clients, communicate frequently, and stay involved from the first conversation through closing. I’m there to answer questions, explain what comes next, coordinate the moving pieces, and advocate for my clients every step of the way.

I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers because I love taking a process that may initially feel intimidating and breaking it down into clear, understandable steps. I also have experience working with buyers using VA financing and understand the additional details that can come with that type of transaction.

For sellers, I bring a combination of strong communication, marketing, market knowledge, and straightforward advice. My goal is not simply to put a sign in the yard—it’s to create a strategy for getting the home sold while keeping my sellers informed throughout the entire process.

Most importantly, I genuinely care about the people I work with. I want my clients to feel comfortable calling or texting me with questions, whether they’re ready to make a move now or are simply trying to understand their options.
