Phil Milovidoff

I was born in the South of France and spent the first 20 years of my life in the Sub-Saharan West African country of Niger. After graduating in France from Law and Business Administration School, I moved to the Caribbean and lived for the last 25 years on the beautiful island of St. Martin (St. Maarten), where I specialized in the hospitality and tourism industry before relocating to Southwest Florida in 2015. Since then, my customer-oriented and public relations skills have naturally led me toward a career in real estate. I am now a proud REALTOR®, member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, serving Southwest Florida. I'm multilingual, speaking French, English, and some Spanish. I have been in the real estate services business in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Sanibel, and Captiva, and I will be here for many more years to come. As a full-service real estate professional for Southwest Florida, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors.
